Emami along with PACs (Persons Acting in Concert) announced that the company has revised the price for acquiring shares of Zandu Pharmaceutical Works from Rs 15,000 per equity share to Rs 16,500 per equity share.

Elder Pharmaceuticals (EPL) has invested Rs 600 million into its Nepal JV, thereby increasing its stake in the JV by 9% to 49%, reports Economic Times. The company had set up a 40:60 JV with Universal group of Kathmandu in 2006.
