GPL becomes subsidiary of GVK Power

GVK Power & Infrastructure said that Gautami Power (GPL), an associate of GVK Power & Infrastructure (GVKPIL), allotted 106,009,912 equity shares of Rs 10 each at par, on Jul. 01, 2008 to GVKPIL against the share application money already invested by the company.
